The first thing I want to mention is the wait because this was the majority of my experience so far. I ordered on Sept 11 and received my order October 25. At the time of ordering, I asked how long it would take to make the bag, and they said "usually 2 weeks." Mine took a month before it shipped out, though. The tracking wasn't straightforward, either, and the Shop App didn't provide enough data - no tracking number - it just said it had shipped. I had to write in to the chat on the website to find out what was going on. Found out that they make the bags custom, then ship them to a single warehouse, and then once a week FedEx and UPS come to pick them up and deliver from there. They told me that in a few days I should get a notification from one of those two courriers. And it happened just like they said, FedEx emailed me and notified me that I had a package coming and it arrived two days later.
Well Worth The Wait! It is outstanding quality and constructed really well. The shop was super helpful and even threw in a few extra leather straps for me at no extra charge, which was extremely kind of them! They also wrote a hand-written note and shipped a wee bracelet of beautiful blue stone beads - they look like polished blue kyanite, but might be lace agate or others, too. Haven't inspected it closely enough to tell yet. Regardless, I suggest this company 1000% and I'm really pleased with my order. Now to get some as gifts for friends and family.
When I bought this, I knew it was going to have good aesthetics, lots of leather, and stand out from generic packs. What I did not expect was to be purchasing a new family heirloom. This bag is amazing. The quality of the workmanship, the top-tier materials used makes it obvious the pride of craftsmanship that went into this bag.
Functionally, this will be great for outdoor treks. There are enough straps, buckles, and ties I could carry an entire campsite with it. And with so many ways to adjust the fit of the pack and the load being carried, the comfort is great all around.
I can't see a thing that should have been done differently. One of the best purchases I have made recently. Can't recommend strongly enough!
