The first thing I want to mention is the wait because this was the majority of my experience so far. I ordered on Sept 11 and received my order October 25. At the time of ordering, I asked how long it would take to make the bag, and they said "usually 2 weeks." Mine took a month before it shipped out, though. The tracking wasn't straightforward, either, and the Shop App didn't provide enough data - no tracking number - it just said it had shipped. I had to write in to the chat on the website to find out what was going on. Found out that they make the bags custom, then ship them to a single warehouse, and then once a week FedEx and UPS come to pick them up and deliver from there. They told me that in a few days I should get a notification from one of those two courriers. And it happened just like they said, FedEx emailed me and notified me that I had a package coming and it arrived two days later.
Well Worth The Wait! It is outstanding quality and constructed really well. The shop was super helpful and even threw in a few extra leather straps for me at no extra charge, which was extremely kind of them! They also wrote a hand-written note and shipped a wee bracelet of beautiful blue stone beads - they look like polished blue kyanite, but might be lace agate or others, too. Haven't inspected it closely enough to tell yet. Regardless, I suggest this company 1000% and I'm really pleased with my order. Now to get some as gifts for friends and family.

I received a Green 30L backpack 2 days ago. It is AWESOME!!!! It was better than I expected!
The color, shape, size, design, fabric, leather, and even the smell :) They are all perfect. I will use this backpack for all my camping, hiking, and other adventures from now on. I'm sure people who see it will want one of the backpacks I have!

Well made item. Worth the wait
Love the look of this bag. I haven’t gotten to use it yet to really hike with some weight, but overall it’s great quality. I also love that it came with a handwritten note and that I got to help support this business. I did dock 1 star as it was supposed to be personalized with my initials, but all in all it’s a great backpack!

It's even better in person! I bought the 30L for my partner and was a little worried it might be too small, but it's actually really spacious. Plus, it comes with so many extra straps for attaching things on the outside that you can fit even more. The design looks like something straight out of The Lord of the Rings!

Very Satisfied with purchase. The darker leather and Green canvas looks amazing the stitching looks very well done. Should hold more than I expected.The pockets are bigger than I expected which makes it a plus. Can't wait to get out in the woods. Also the padding thickness seems to be just right. Overall very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others unless you're a very picky person looking to find something wrong I think you can't go wrong with there packs.
