Awesome backpack with friendly and competent customer support. Please support manufacturers like her, because hand-crafted items like this one are truly a league on its own. The backpack is beautifully crafted, feels amazing and is adjustable to each circumstance. I hope that it will carry on serving well during many years of studying abroad. Every time I look at it I am happy - it is a piece of art!
There were some minor issues and the seller offered to send a replacement but the issues were minor enough we didn't see a reason to do so.
Feels like real quality. Hope to use this one for the rest of my life ;)

I've been dreaming of this kind of bacpack for a very long time. It's beautiful, comfortable and very practical. The only thing that didn't work out for me was the waist belt. It's to big, so I can not wear it. Anyways, I can not wait to take this on my adventures and I hope that one day my children will use it as well, and who nows even theirs.

Got my bag in today. Customer service was great to work with as the late delivery was no fault of theirs but they made every attempt to get me my bag. No complaints with this company and the craftsmanship of this product is well worth the money spent. I'm excited to put this bag into service
