I ordered the hand carved dragon kuksa; however, when it arrived it did not look like the kuksa pictured in seller's description. I contacted the seller along with sending comparison photos. Seller informed me that he would send a replacement. The replacement dragon kuksa arrived today -- it looks close to the one pictured in seller's description. I appreciate seller's communication and willingness to send the replacement. AND - he included an unexpected little extra item in the shipping box each time!
